Chicken Biryani Banane Ki Taiyari

Zaroori Ingredients

1 kilo chicken (haddi wali)

3 cups basmati chawal (20–30 min bhigo kar rakhein)

1 cup dahi

2 tbsp adrak lehsan paste

2 tbsp lemon juice

2 medium pyaz (thin slice karke golden fry karen)

1 tsp haldi powder

1 tbsp lal mirch powder

1 tsp dhania powder

1 tsp garam masala

Podina aur hara dhania zaroori quantity mein

2–3 tbsp ghee ya oil

Tez patta, laung, dalchini, elaichi (whole garam masala)




Step by Step Recipe


Step 1: Chicken Marinade

Chicken ko dahi, adrak lehsan paste, lemon juice, mirch, haldi, dhania powder, garam masala aur thodi fried pyaz ke saath 30 minute ke liye marinate kar dein.


Step 2: Chawal Ubalna

Ek bartan mein pani ubal kar namak, tez patta, laung, dalchini aur elaichi daal kar chawal 70–80% tak paka kar nikal lein.


Step 3: Chicken Cook Karna

Heavy pateeli mein oil garam kar ke marinated chicken ko 10–12 minute tak medium flame par pakayen jab tak masala ghadha ho jaye aur chicken galna shuru ho jaye.


Step 4: Layering

Neeche chicken ka masala bichayen.

Upar se aadhe chawal dalen.

Fried pyaz, podina aur hara dhania chhidken.

Baqi chawal dal kar zafran ya food color, ghee aur kewra water daal dein.


Step 5: Dum Lagana

Bartan ko tight band kar ke 5 min medium flame aur phir 15–20 min low flame par dum dein. 10 min rest karne ke baad biryani serve karen.




Tips for Perfect Biryani

Chawal ko zyada mat ubalein, warna toot jayenge.

Fried pyaz ka color golden hona chahiye, dark hoga to karwa taste aa sakta hai.

Neeche lagne se bachne ke liye pateeli ke neeche tawa rakh dein.

Mix karte waqt halkay haath ka istemal karein taake daana alag rahe.
